Founded by Aaron Burchat and his wife, Lindy, the shop opened in 2022 with one goal: to create a welcoming place where skaters of all ages and skill levels can find quality skateboards, skate gear, apparel, and honest advice. Whether you're buying your first board or upgrading your setup, we're here to help.

As a longtime skateboarder, Cobourg Town Councillor, and Rotary Club member, Aaron believes in giving back to the community that helped shape him. That same spirit is at the heart of Burchat's Skate Shop, where we love introducing new riders to skateboarding and supporting local skaters every step of the way.
