At Burchat's Skate Shop, we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer the following shipping rates for orders within Canada:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
- $20 CAD Flat Rate on all orders under $100 CAD
Estimated delivery times within Canada are typically 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions via Canada Post.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after processing. Please note that customs clearance may add additional time.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through Canada Post or your carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Burchat's Skate Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
